There is little argument that our earth’s climate is changing and that average global temperatures are rising. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's (IPCC’s) 4th report on climate change recently moved its rating attributed to the likelihood that the warming arising from anthropogenic (human) activity from "likely" to "very likely".
